Bright Spring Birthday Card

I made today's card over a year ago, but never got around to posting it.  My friend Kristin asked me to make a card that her and her husband could give to a family member for their birthday.  I had settled on the stamps and colours I was going to use, but wasn't sure about the layout of the card.  I played around with a few different options as seen below:

In the end, I settled on the following layout:

I love the bright colours, and how the butterflies seem to just flutter off of the card.  The result: a pretty, bright, cheerful birthday card.

Uhmmm, so I forgot you were going to post every week in October and am just checking in now (although it would appear you're a couple weeks behind perhaps?) Just kidding, no pressure! This card is incredible! Seriously, how long did it take you to make it? I can't believe all the cutting and colours and glitter and die cuts - you are sickeningly talented :) Love this card and I bet it looks even more amazing in real life! Way to go!! xo
